Terms of Service:
- Vision Pet Care is committed to providing the highest level of care for your pet while they stay with us. However, we cannot be held responsible for any illness, injury, or loss that may occur while your pet is in our care.
- All pets must be up-to-date on their vaccinations and must provide proof of vaccinations upon arrival. Pets must also be free of any contagious conditions.
- If your pet displays aggressive or destructive behavior, we reserve the right to terminate their stay with us.
- Any damage caused by your pet to our facilities or equipment will be charged to the owner at the owner's expense.
- By submitting your booking request, you are agreeing to our terms of service and cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 2 days before the scheduled arrival date will be refunded the full amount minus a $50.00 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled arrival date will be refunded 50% of the total cost.
- No-shows will not be refunded.
- In the case of extenuating circumstances, such as a natural disaster or personal emergency, we will work with you to reschedule your pet's stay.
- Any change of date or adding additional service will be subject to availability and might incur additional fees.
- Pets will not be able to be picked up until all outstanding debt has been paid.
We understand that things can change and we will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations. However, please keep in mind that our availability is limited and last-minute cancellations can make it difficult for us to fill the spot.
